Message From Hooman Yazhari, July 2026

The transportation and logistics industry continues to face challenges, from tariff uncertainty and rising operating costs to an aging national trailer fleet. At TEN, we understand these pressures because we’re navigating them alongside our customers. That’s why we’re focused on investing in the areas that matter most to our customers and our industry: innovative fleet solutions bringing capital efficiency, technology that drives up time and yield, and a continued commitment to safety for both our customers and our teammates. We strive to be our customers’ first port of call for any question they may have related to trailers. 

This quarter, we were excited to host our inaugural TEN Cool Refrigerated Summit. We welcomed our customers alongside some of the most established participants in the temperature controlled asset class as well as those developing cutting edge technology to make refrigerated assets work better for everyone. We also welcomed Ari Silkey as TEN’s new Chief Operating Officer. Ari is a technology and logistics native and has an incredible track record of building enterprises. His brief is to help TEN build our platform to continue to help our customers stay agile, productive, and prepared for whatever comes next.
