We work every day to find creative solutions that anticipate and meet the needs of our customers. As CEO, my focus is to empower all our team members to consistently deliver their best. We have a strong focus on operational efficiency, collaboration, excellence, and value creation for the customers and communities we serve. I encourage our customers and stakeholders to reach out to me and I look forward to listening, learning, and partnering with you as we work together in partnership.

Our vision at TEN is to Optimize Every Fleet and Empower Every Customer. We strive to be the first call for any party who has a trailer need, and we have a multitude of solutions to offer. We have one of the largest leasing fleets in the industry and will use the breadth of our asset base to meet the exact needs of our customers.

Our extensive North American maintenance and repair footprint, with the most skilled technicians in the industry, can efficiently perform the work required to keep our customer fleets moving and safe. We are a trading organization with the appetite to purchase assets as well as sell parts of our fleet. We have partnerships with dealers who have new equipment for sale and we can assist in delivering into fleets with our financing. And most importantly, we have a balance sheet which we will use to invest in new equipment through a steady placement of new orders, as well as sale leasebacks. Sale leasebacks not only allow us to make an investment into the fleets of our customers, but also provide us with a way to partner for the long term, and a source of liquidity for our operator clients and the industry as a whole.

TEN recently closed a major enterprise lease agreement with USA Truck, investing in the USA Truck team and fleet by purchasing $50 million worth of assets and leasing them back to USA Truck, reinforcing our role as a strategic fleet partner for leading transportation providers. The agreement includes a significant capital investment to support USA Truck’s near-term operations while enabling long-term, scalable growth.

This partnership highlights TEN’s ability to move quickly, deploy capital at scale, and deliver tailored fleet solutions aligned with customer strategy. It’s a strong example of how we help customers achieve both immediate execution and long-term business goals.
