TEN Named a Top Fleet Employer for the 11th Consecutive Year

We’re proud to announce that TEN has once again been recognized as a Top Fleet Employer in Canada, our 11th consecutive year earning this national honour.

What is the Top Fleet Employers program?

Run by Trucking HR Canada, Top Fleet Employers is the national benchmark and recognition program for organizations that make trucking and logistics a great place to work. The program has been recognizing companies for meeting HR standards of excellence since 2014.

It isn’t a popularity contest. Each year, applicants go through a thorough assessment of their HR practices, and only the top companies earn the right to call themselves Top Fleet Employers. This year, 98 fleets were recognized across Canada, together employing more than 57,000 drivers. They span a wide range of industries, including agriculture, construction, food, forestry, manufacturing, mining, oil and gas, and retail.

What 11 years in a row means to us

Staying on this list year after year means our commitment to our people has held up under a fresh review every time, not just once.

Behind this recognition are the people who keep our business moving: our shop and maintenance teams, our dispatchers, and our administrative and leadership teams. A great workplace takes more than a program or a policy to create. It’s built by the people who show up every day and look out for one another, and that’s what makes TEN what it is.
