Mr. Lynch brings more than 20 years of progressive finance leadership experience with top industrial organizations, including PLASKOLITE, Honeywell, K\u00e4rcher, and Gates Corporation. Most recently, he served as Chief Financial Officer at PLASKOLITE, where he played a key role in driving growth and operational efficiency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Throughout his career, Peter Lynch has earned a reputation for disciplined leadership and strategic vision, consistently delivering results in growth initiatives, business turnarounds, and cultural transformation. His expertise spans finance and administration leadership, strategy and business planning, pricing, metric-driven performance reporting, and process excellence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As Chief Financial Officer, Lynch will oversee all aspects of TEN\u2019s finance and accounting functions, ensuring the company\u2019s financial health and integrity.
