As part of that commitment, we\u2019re excited to share that on January 12, 2026, we will launch an upgraded Customer Portal built to offer a cleaner design, faster performance, and a more reliable experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What\u2019s Changing<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A completely redesigned portal with a modern, user-friendly layout<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your account and existing information will automatically move to the new portal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The current My TEN Portal will be fully retired on January 12<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What You\u2019ll Be Able to Do<\/strong><br>All current portal features will remain available, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Online service requests<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Equipment and maintenance information<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Registration and DOT\/CVI documents<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Invoices and online payments (US only)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contract and rental agreement information<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>User administration<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>You\u2019ll also see new enhancements in this first release:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A homepage dashboard<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>TEN\u2019s Unified Telematics Platform with GPS tracking, geofencing, and user-configurable alerts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fleet PM program compliance details<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Improved lease and rental history visibility<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Next Steps<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In early January, you\u2019ll receive instructions for accessing the new portal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If additional information is needed from your team, we\u2019ll reach out directly<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quick reference guides and support resources will be shared to ensure a smooth transition<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We are excited about the improvements this upgrade will bring and expect it to meaningfully enhance your overall customer experience with TEN.
