leasing, rental, maintenance and repair providers across Europe and Canada, completed the merger of its Canadian divisions Train Trailer Rentals and Trailer Wizards Ltd. on December 30, 2020.\nThe Canadian division of trailer fleet solutions has formed a newly combined entity named <strong>TIP Fleet Services Canada Ltd.<\/strong>, running the day to day business as <strong>TIP Canada<\/strong> effective January 1, 2021.\nNational headquarters and corporate functions will operate out of the current Mississauga, Ontario location at 1880 Britannia Road East.  <br\/><br\/>With this merger, TIP has integrated Trailer Wizards with its existing Canadian business, Train Trailer Rentals.\nThis puts TIP in a strong position for long-term growth as it further strengthens its position in the Canadian market.\nThe completed merger diversifies both the geographic footprint across Canada with the expansion of operations to new provinces and the service segment with more specialized trailers.\nThe TIP Canada combination creates an unparalleled portfolio of powerful commercial trailer fleet solutions coast to coast.   <br\/><br\/>\u201cWe are thrilled about the opportunities this including approximately 300 mechanics, throughout locations in Canada from Prince Edward Island to British Columbia. <\/p>\n\n<p>In 2020, the TIP team executed a rigorous integration plan that combined the two legacies in the Canadian commercial trailer industry creating one future as TIP Canada.\nUnder the same leadership, they continue to implement a seamless transition for customers,
